Frenkel PMU House is a women-owned permanent makeup studio in Leander, TX, serving Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown and greater Austin. Founded by Nadya Frenkel in 2018. We work exclusively with professional machine techniques - nano brows, ombre powder brows and combo brows - rather than traditional microblading. Services include lip blush and dark lip neutralization, permanent eyeliner and lash line enhancement, eyebrow lamination, lash lift and tint, corrections over old permanent makeup, and touch-ups. We also work with melanin-rich and deeper skin tones, where pigment selection and healing need a customized approach. Every appointment begins with a consultation, and your shape and color are approved before any work begins.
